Terms of Use
Using this site means accepting what follows. It is written to be read rather than skimmed past, and it is shorter than the terms attached to any bonus discussed here. Last updated 3 August 2026.
What this site is
Maple Leaf Casinos is an independent publication about online casino promotions available to players in Canada. It publishes information, comparison and opinion. It does not operate any gambling service, does not accept deposits, does not hold funds and cannot open, close or intervene in any account you hold with an operator.
Any dispute about a deposit, a bonus, a withdrawal or an account closure is between you and the operator concerned, and then with that operator's licensing body or dispute resolution service.
Affiliate disclosure
This site may be paid a commission when a reader opens an account with an operator through a link published here. That commission is how the site is funded.
It changes nothing about the ranking. Scores and positions are determined by the published criteria on our ratings and are calculated independently of any commercial arrangement. No operator can purchase a position, influence a score, or require the removal of unfavourable findings. Operators that pay nothing are listed on the same basis as those that pay well.
Age and eligibility
Online gambling is restricted to adults. The minimum age is 19 in most Canadian provinces and territories, and 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. Nothing on this site is directed at anyone below the legal age in their province.
Availability of individual operators varies by province, and Ontario has its own regulated market with its own licensed sites. You are responsible for confirming that gambling with a given operator is lawful where you live before depositing.
Accuracy and limits
Bonus terms change without notice and often without announcement. Every wagering figure, minimum deposit and withdrawal floor published here reflects the operator's published terms at the time of writing, and each page carries a date. Before depositing, read the current terms on the operator's own site. Where the two disagree, theirs governs your account.
Nothing here is a guarantee of winning, and no calculation on this site predicts what will happen in any individual session. Expected value describes long run averages, not your Friday night. Content is published for information and does not constitute financial or legal advice.
Playing within your limits
Gambling is entertainment with a negative expected return. Deposit only money you can afford to lose entirely, and treat any win as a pleasant surprise rather than a plan.
If gambling stops feeling like a choice, free and confidential help is available across Canada. ConnexOntario, the Problem Gambling Helpline and provincial equivalents operate around the clock at no cost. Self exclusion tools are available through every licensed operator and, in Ontario, across multiple sites at once.
