Privacy Policy

This site does not have accounts, logins or a newsletter, which means there is very little to collect and very little to explain. Everything that does get collected is listed below. Last updated 3 August 2026.

What is collected

Standard server logs record the IP address of visiting devices, the browser and operating system, the pages requested and the time of the request. These are retained for a short period for security and traffic analysis and are not used to build a profile of any individual reader.

Analytics are collected in aggregate to understand which pages are read. IP addresses are truncated before storage where the analytics provider supports it. No behavioural advertising profiles are created and no data is sold.

Affiliate links and cookies

Links to casino operators on this site carry a tracking parameter identifying Maple Leaf Casinos as the source. Following one of those links may set a cookie on your device, placed by the operator or its affiliate platform, so that the referral can be attributed if you later open an account.

That cookie is set by the destination, not by this site, and its handling is governed by that operator's own privacy policy. Maple Leaf Casinos receives aggregate reporting on clicks and account openings. It does not receive your name, email address, deposit amounts, gameplay history or any other personal detail from any operator.

What is never collected

No email address is requested because there is no mailing list. No payment details are handled because nothing is sold here. No account is created because there is nothing to log into. If any page ever appears to ask you for banking details, identity documents or a password, it is not this site and you should close it.

Third parties

Hosting, content delivery and analytics are provided by third party suppliers who process technical data on this site's behalf under contract. Affiliate platforms process click data for the purposes described above. No other party receives data from this site.

Some pages may include embedded content from external sources. Where they do, that content can see your IP address in the same way as any other request your browser makes.

Your rights and how to use them

Under Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA, you may ask what personal information this site holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Given how little is collected, the answer is usually a short log entry, if anything at all.

Send requests to [email protected]. Requests are answered within thirty days. Browser level controls can block cookies and analytics entirely, and this site works normally with them blocked. Related information is in the terms, and the commercial arrangement behind the links is described on our ratings.
